Dinosaurs and Extinction – Friday 30th September 2022

In my work, the indication is that there is no genome that can exist infinitely. The dinosaurs had a long existence but at some point genes would start to fail and their time would end. Not all at once and not all species together but each would have encountered genome failure eventually, if no other event/s caused their demise.
Life has limits sadly, but if it didn’t, then it would be turmoil and chaos. The first species would commence would over-populate and other species wouldn’t get an opportunity so extinction is part of the cycle of life. Though of course there is natural extinction, there is also unnatural extinction which is not due to genetic failure but to some other cause or event.
My work indicates the Neanderthal had reached the point of genome failure which is so sad and must have been so confusing for them.
I felt quite grim when this part of my work became evident to me, but in time I realised that this was life and it’s limits and it made the value of life that much greater and to be cherished.
