Milky Way Black Hole and noticeable lack of Red Giant stars – 6th January 2021
Milky Way Black Hole and noticeable lack of Red Giant stars 6th January 2021.
Stars like our Sun can live indefinitely provided they have energy resources. When I first turned my attention to the stars I noticed order, variety and the young, old and middle aged.
It stands to reason that supernova stars at the exploding stage will be nearby the elderly. I rather suspect that for the exploding supernova it is a merciful end and a wondrous new beginning.
For stars like ours, lingering on with their energy resources spent is likely horrible to the extreme. Their time in the universe has ended and I believe that the black hole is their saving grace. Stars like ours need only find energy and everything they are and all that has been in their long long lives won’t be lost.
