The Europium in Zircon Crystals Study. Comments; Saturday 20th February 2021

I read the above article just today and was impressed by this concept of detection.
At some point in time oceans will be forming on Venus. When the combination of events required to trigger the forming of oceans align, it will commence and will take a very long time to complete. Planets have a singular window for when this process commences. Mars can never again form another ocean for example.
We should take very great care when it comes to Venus and not introduce anything on the surface that (unknowingly) could have a negative impact.
While oceans form, tectonic activity would be mild and minimal. Tectonic activity is in part to keep the planet supple and accessible as needed Another period of minimal activity for instance, is when Earth was much closer to the Sun. The planet has milestones during its life, just as we do but it’s amazing that those milestones can be a billion years apart, whereas ours are so close together.
And just like us, the planets milestones occur in a particular order, the mountains form when it’s time for the surface to take shape and support life.
