Pyramids Additional Note – Saturday 2nd December 2023

It was suggested to me that the building of the pyramids could well have been a case of the original pyramids being the reason for the other countries following suit.

I considered this and concluded it most unlikely.

The materials, the labour, the time of so many people invested in the building of these large monuments. Being compelled to go to such lengths merely because of a traveller mentioning it?

A city could be built in the time it would take to do so. Something extraordinary had to have occurred all that time ago that inspired the people to essentially give their entire lives to such a project, in those countries that built their pyramids.

I haven’t researched it but would be interested to learn if any of the pyramids have carvings of the Sun upon or within them along with relevant pyramid shapes.

When I try to think as people would have thought back then, I consider that Jesus was a very long way off, they had no Bible’s. They didn’t know they were on a planet and would have likely thought as they did long after then, that the world had an edge they could fall off of. This is why the shape of a pyramid was so advanced for that time, let alone building such.
